Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your:

• Full Name
• Registered Email Address
• Registered Mobile Number

Our team will verify the status of your order and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Cancellation by GuiltOut

GuiltOut reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailable or out of stock.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Payment failure or unsuccessful transaction.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

If your order is cancelled by GuiltOut after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled in the following situations:

• Order has already been shipped.
• Order is out for delivery.
• Product has already been delivered.
• Special promotional or limited-edition products, where specified.
